This case deals with the problem of customer abandonment of their relationship with a company. The goal is to predict and mitigate this phenomenon in a company using AI techniques.

Machine learning is used to analyze large numbers of customer data and determine patterns that may indicate a customer is at risk of abandoning a service. Other AI techniques that can also be applied in this type of problem include natural language processing (NLP), data mining, and deep learning.
